We are a luxury brand seeking a highly organized and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee our showroom operations, including coordinating and hosting appointments in our showroom. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, experience working with VIP clients, celebrities, stylists, buyers, and wholesale clients, and a strong attention to detail to manage the administrative aspects of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and host appointments in the showroom and ensuring a high level of customer service and hospitality for VIP clients, celebrities, stylists, buyers, and wholesale clients.
- Manage the administrative aspects of the office, including calendar management, shipping and receiving, office supplies, and office maintenance.
- Ensure the showroom and office spaces are always in pristine condition and that housekeeping and maintenance are kept up to a high standard.
- Act as the main point of contact for all visitors and coordinate with PR and the NYC office to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain and organize showroom inventory and samples, and ensure that products are displayed in a visually appealing and brand-consistent manner.
- Manage the showroom team and provide training and development opportunities for the team as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with VIP clients, celebrities, stylists, buyers, and wholesale clients to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
- Work closely with the General Manager of the office to ensure the smooth operation of the showroom and office spaces.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a high-end retail or luxury brand environment, with experience working with VIP clients, celebrities, stylists, buyers, and wholesale clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to clients.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
