We are a luxury brand seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail store operations. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store’s operations, driving sales, and building a team of high-performing sales associates.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the store’s operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and employee management.
- Drive sales growth by setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and developing and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
- Hire, train, develop, and manage a team of high-performing sales associates, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and achieve their sales targets.
- Manage and analyze store performance, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and inventory levels, and adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to showcase products and ensure a visually appealing and brand-consistent store environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards, including visual merchandising, safety, and security.
- Develop and manage budgets, including sales targets, payroll, and expenses, and manage all financial aspects of the store.

- 4+ retail management experience in a luxury brand or fashion environment.
