Sales Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury brands, as well as a strong desire to exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product selection.
• Provide product knowledge and advice to customers, including fabrics, styles, and fits.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and loyalty.
• Process transactions and handle cash, credit, and gift card payments.
• Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and fashion trends.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve store goals.
• Complete administrative tasks, such as opening and closing procedures and inventory management.

Requirements:

• 2+ sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
